We will monitor your servers 24/7 using Remote Monitoring Systems and will perform regular housekeeping tasks to keep your server running optimally. You have the option of engaging us to resolve any issues beyond the scope of the regular housekeeping tasks at a preferred hourly rate.
This service contains everything in the Server Care package, and also covers any work necessary to repair the server in the event of a problem. This provides you with peace of mind, knowing that any server issues will be dealt with at a fixed monthly cost. Only issues that cannot be resolved remotely will require an onsite visit.
The service consists of telephone support, remote support and onsite support where appropriate. The service covers servers and associated operating systems as well as Sky Hi Technology Projects approved software. Where you have software which is covered by a separate support agreement, such as SPSS, support will be limited to liaising with the appropriate 3rd party support department where necessary. The service includes all necessary repairs and fitting of replacement parts.
PC AND LAPTOP PACKAGES
We will provide unlimited telephone and remote support for your PC and laptop hardware, software and users. Any problems that cannot be resolved on the telephone or by remote access will be charged at a preferred hourly rate. The service consists of telephone support and remote support. The service covers PCs, Operating systems and our approved software. Where you have software which is covered by a separate support agreement, support will be limited to liaising with the appropriate 3rd party support department where necessary.

AD HOC IT SUPPORT
If you require IT support but don’t have a regular IT support contract or a prepaid support block, you can still benefit from the experience of our IT technicians. They can carry out any IT tasks required, either remotely or at your premises on an ad hoc hourly rate basis.
